All services provided by BillionaireMatrix.com ("BillionaireMatrix.com or BMX") may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any United States federal, state or city law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret and other statute. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless BillionaireMatrix.com from any claims resulting from the use of service which damages the subscriber or any other party. Additionally, the site and/or services provided by BMX may not be presented as or referred to as being the creation of any entity other than Anthony Ramirez, DBA Creative Design Systems. Any other reference to our copyright or design shall constitute fraud, and therefore violate the rights of the legal owner.

Prohibited are sites that promote any illegal activity or present content that may be damaging to BillionaireMatrix.com' servers, or any other server on the Internet. Links to such materials are also prohibited.

Examples of unacceptable content or links:

pirated software
hacker programs or archives
Warez sites
sexual, explicit or gay content
political agenda
defamation or characterization

NOTICE: IF YOUR ACCOUNT IS FOUND TO CONTAIN ILLEGAL ACTIVITY, ILLEGAL MP3 FILES, PIRATED SOFTWARE, HACKER PROGRAMS, WAREZ PROGRAMS, OR ANY OTHER ILLEGAL FILES, YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY, WITHOUT NOTICE, AND A $50.00 CANCELLATION FEE WILL APPLY. ADDITIONALLY, BillionaireMatrix.com WILL NOTIFY THE PROPER AUTHORITIES OF YOUR ACTIONS.

Traffic Usage
All account plans come with a predetermined amount of traffic allowance (5 gigabytes/mo.) We deem this to be more than adequate for any approved usage. We monitor all accounts and will bill $1.00 for each gig of traffic exceeded. This amount is not prorated, meaning that 1 mb - 1 gig will be treated and billed as the same.

IRC
We currently do not allow IRC or IRC bots to be operated on our servers.

Zero Tolerance Anti-Spam Policy
BillionaireMatrix.com's Anti-Spam Policy

BillionaireMatrix.com has a no tolerance spam policy. BillionaireMatrix.com's customer support actively monitors large import lists and emails going to large numbers of subscribers. Any client found to be using spam will be immediately cut-off from use of the product. If you know of or suspect any violators, please notify us immediately at siteadmin-remove this-@billionairematrix.com.

Every email contains a mandatory unsubscribe link that cannot be removed.

What is Spam?
Spam is unsolicited email also known as junk mail or UCE (Unsolicited Commercial Email). By sending email only to those who have requested to receive it, you are following accepted permission-based email guidelines.

Server Abuse
Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to a server or customer of BillionaireMatrix.com is strictly prohibited. As our customer you are responsible for all your accounts. Should you violate the Terms of Services outlined within, your account will be cancelled without chance of refund.

Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or suspend service, at our sole discretion. Although we understand that there are two sides to every story, in the event of argument we reserve the right to the final outcome in all decisions.

All sub-networks, distributive hosting sites and dedicated servers of BillionaireMatrix.com must adhere to the above policies, with the exception of system resources in respect to dedicated servers.

Billing
By the Account Activation Date of each transaction, BillionaireMatrix.com will:

(1) accept the client's payment through AlertPay; and/or

(2) charge a maintenance fee of $0.50 for each user added to client's 6th level. This is a one-time charge, applied only on the date of each new 6th level user's creation.

Service Fees
Certain services carry a setup fee charged by BillionaireMatrix.com to client, which must be paid by client in order to have use of said services. If client terminates this agreement outside the terms of our guarantee and refund policy, client shall be responsible for $10.00 per UserName created by said client. If client wishes said UserName(s) to be removed from the database, this service is available at any time for a fee of $30.00 per name, no exceptions.

Money back guarantee & refund policy
We offer a 10 day Money back guarantee, provided that client has created at least one personal referral within this time period. Should client still desire a refund after 90 days of membership, we will issue a refund on request within 30 days, minus any commissions earned/paid to member.
Refunds: If client has retained the services for one year and is in any way dissatisfied with BillionaireMatrix.com for such services, a full refund will be issued for any position purchased within our matrix, upon client's request. BillionaireMatrix.com will assume full rights over any future earnings generated by a matrix position surrendered by client request for refund.

Account Deactivations
Any account deactivated due to non-payment will require a reactivation fee of $20.00 prior to reactivation. After 90 days all deactivated accounts will become the property of BMX.

Cancellation Refunds
We DO NOT refund partial fees to accounts. We require written notice for all cancellations.

Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or suspend service, at our sole discretion. We further reserve the right to address or refute any statement(s) made by members (active or deactivated) which we deem to be detrimental to our program.

Limitation of Liability
BillionaireMatrix.com shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental and consequential damages, which may arise from BillionaireMatrix.com's servers going off-line or being unavailable for any reason whatsoever. Furthermore, BillionaireMatrix.com shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental or consequential damages, resulting from the corruption or deletion of any web site from one of BillionaireMatrix.com's servers. All damages shall be limited to the immediate termination of service.

Violations
Violations of these Acceptable Use Policies should be referred to siteadmin-remove this-@billionairematrix.com. All complaints will be investigated promptly. Failure to follow any term or condition will be grounds for immediate account deactivation.

Disclaimer
BillionaireMatrix.com cannot be held liable for system down time, crashes or data loss. We cannot be held liable for any predicated estimate of profits which a client would have gained if their site was functioning. Certain services provided by BillionaireMatrix.com are resold. Thus, certain equipment, routing, software and programming used by BillionaireMatrix.com are not directly owned or written by BillionaireMatrix.com. Moreover, BillionaireMatrix.com holds no responsibility for the use of our clients' accounts. Failure to comply with any terms or conditions will result in the automatic deactivation of the account in question. We reserve the right to remove any account, without advance notice for any reason without restitution, as BillionaireMatrix.com sees fit.

Account Activation
By activating your account with BillionaireMatrix.com, you agree to the above policies and disclaimer. Upon requesting activation of an account, you are required to accept these policies, guidelines and disclaimer, and a copy of your acceptance is forwarded along with your activation request to be maintained with your account information.

NOTICE: If you sign up for an account and fail to comply with these terms, no refunds will be given. We will, however, advise you by e-mail or phone prior to taking any action to provide you with an opportunity to correct the problem.

Server Uptime Guarantee
Although BillionaireMatrix.com has an excellent record for reliability, we do not offer an uptime guarantee. However, our network and servers are monitored continuously, and are rarely down except for scheduled maintenance and hardware and software upgrades.

BillionaireMatrix.com reserves the right to amend any or all of the above policies, guidelines and disclaimer without notification. We also retain the right to increase any pricing and make changes to our account plans without notification.
